It was the area where the responses were intoned during the mass as this was celebrated by one of the Brothers. Here, it is possible to verify the comfort provided by the cork finishing in contrast to the hard, uncovered stone. This area would also serve as a sacristy for receiving visits by members of the monarchy and the Castro family.
