Parques de Sintra has been entrusted with the mission of managing the most important natural and cultural assets located in the Cultural Landscape of Sintra and Queluz: the Park and National Palace of Pena, the Palace of Monserrate and its gardens, the Moorish Castle, the Convent of the Capuchos, the Chalet and Garden of the Countess of Edla, the National Palaces of Sintra and Queluz and the Portuguese School of Equestrian Art.

The management of these properties involves their restoration, conservation and revitalization, also investing in research, with a view to creating new points of interest and recurrent reasons for visiting, and opening them up to public enjoyment, enhancing their tourist value.

Tourism Professionals are key partners in promoting the heritage enhancement work carried out by Parques de Sintra and, for this reason, the company provides an exclusive ticket purchase platform for these professionals and an annual access card to the monuments, in order to facilitate their operation.

In addition to daily visits, Parques de Sintra also offers different spaces for events, with a total of 29 venues that include state rooms, support rooms, auditoriums and outdoor areas.
