The Living Convent of the Capuchos
Taking place after closing time at the monument, in the twilight as night draws in, this visit offers a rare experience that takes participants on a journey through time, with the friars who lived in this convent for almost 300 years seeming to come back to life.
The visit covers both the public and intimate spaces of the convent, accompanied by a guide who will explain what life was like in this convent house and the strong devotion to introspection and communion with nature of its residents, alongside a kind of parallel plane in which the former inhabitants carry out their daily activities, offering a glimpse of the past by means of figuration.
The trip will end with a brief moment of socialising over a comforting cup of tea, to warm body and soul.
