On the first weekend of Jazz at Monserrate, there is again space for a film set to music, this time by the duo composed of Nuno Costa (guitar) and Óscar Graça (piano). On the screen, a work by Ernst Lubitsch, “I don't want to be a man”, made in 1919, this is a comedy in three acts with a rebellious teenager as the protagonist, who wished she had been born a man so that she could enjoy all the things that she likes most.

More than a hundred years after it was made, and a portrait of a reality that is still experienced today, Lubitsch's film will engage in the Park of Monserrate with the music created and composed by the two Portuguese musicians.
