New 360º virtual tour allows you to visit the Convent of the Capuchos

After the National Palaces of Sintra and Pena, the Convent of the Capuchos can now also be visited virtually, making it more accessible and inclusive. The innovative 360º visit to the Convent of the Capuchos, available at https://visita360cca.parquesdesintra.pt/, is a free digital experience that allows you to freely explore the entire exhibition route, getting to know the surrounding relic forest and recent restoration and requalification works undertaken throughout this heritage space. 

The high-resolution images, specially captured for this project, reveal every detail, while the written and audio content prepared by Parques de Sintra helps interpret the different spaces and establish an informed and stimulating connection between the visitor and the monument.

Due to its characteristics, the Convent of the Capuchos is one of the most challenging monuments in terms of physical accessibility, but this digital tool brings it closer to all visitors, including those with reduced mobility, even if they can't visit it in person. Using virtual reality glasses, it is possible to make the experience immersive and highly exciting.
